Emissions Inventory

The goal of the Collaborative is to leverage significant federal funds to reduce emissions from the most polluting diesel sources in the most affected communities. The Collaborative relies on relevant diesel emission inventory data to determine which sources and locations to focus on and to provide a sound basis for soliciting or distributing funds.
