PROPOSED BUDGET
On February 6, 2006, the President announced
his proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 budget. The FY07 EPA
proposed budget has allocated $50 million for the Clean Diesel
Initiative (also known as the National Clean Diesel Campaign),
in which the West Coast Collaborative plays a significant
