The West Coast Collaborative funded the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) $1,730,000, under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, in April 2009, to retrofit public fleets, transit buses, and construction equipment in the Portland metropolitan area and Lane County.
